Plans and Credits
Credits
Credits are the currency for AI operations.
What uses credits:
- Asking Kojo about your meetings (0.6 credits on Free, 0.3 on paid plans, plus 0.3 for each attached image)
- Generating a voice recap (3 credits, once per meeting, charged only on success)
- "Improve with AI" on custom instructions (1 credit)
What is free:
- Navigation and how-to questions
- Replaying a voice recap
- Viewing meetings, transcripts, summaries, action items, and decisions
Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Purchased top-up credits never expire and are used after plan credits.
Check your balance and buy credits
Desktop: click your profile avatar in the top-right > the balance shows in the dropdown > Top Up or Upgrade Plan.
Mobile: tap your profile avatar in the top-left > Profile > the Credits card > Buy More Credits (paid plans) or Upgrade to buy credits (Free plan).
The desktop avatar menu and mobile Profile card show credits for the selected workspace. A Team Pool label means that team has a shared balance. If no pool appears, the personal balance is shown. In a viewer workspace, the owner's balance appears without a purchase control. A viewer of a team workspace sees no credits, plans or usage at all.
Plans
| Plan | Monthly credits | Highlights |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 200 | Core summaries, 40 minute meetings, 14 days of meeting history, community support |
| Lite | 300 | Elastic top-ups, 120 minute meetings, 21 days of meeting history, standard support |
| Pro | 500 | Voice recaps, 2 stakeholder seats, custom vocabulary, meetings up to 5 hours |
| Team | 2,000 shared pool | Team workspaces, departmental analytics, 5 seats included, unlimited more at ₦5,000/seat/month |
| Business | Unmetered | SSO (coming soon), audit logs, unlimited seats, dedicated support |
SAML SSO for identity providers like Okta and Azure AD is planned for the Business plan but not yet available.
Deleting and the recycle bin
Deleting a meeting or a document moves it to the recycle bin. It disappears from your lists, search, Kojo, Slack and share links straight away.
| Stage | How long | Who can restore it |
|---|---|---|
| In the recycle bin | 30 days | You, from the recycle bin |
| After it leaves the bin | 30 more days | MemorDesk support, on request |
| After that | Erased for good | Nobody |
Desktop: Sidebar > Bin. Mobile: Profile (your avatar) > Bin, or Meetings > scroll to the bottom > Bin. The Bin has two tabs, Meetings and Documents, and shows what was deleted in the workspace you have open.
Restoring brings the item back exactly as it was, visible to the same people. Delete forever takes an item out of the bin at once, though support can still recover it for 30 days. In a team workspace you see what you deleted and what you recorded, and owners and admins see everything deleted in the workspace. A meeting that has not happened yet is removed outright, and a meeting still in progress cannot be deleted until it ends.
Limits by plan
| Plan | Largest upload | Storage | Meeting history | Assistants in meetings at once | Kojo questions an hour | Recordings kept |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 1 MB | 50 MB | 14 days | 1 | 30 | 7 days |
| Lite | 20 MB | 500 MB | 21 days | 3 | 30 | 90 days, then 30 days to recover |
| Pro | 2 GB | 20 GB | Unlimited | 3 | 100 | 90 days, then 30 days to recover |
| Team | 2 GB | 20 GB | Unlimited | 5 | 200 for each person | 90 days, then 30 days to recover |
Business has the same 2 GB upload size with no storage cap. Recording retention follows the plan the meeting was recorded under. Transcripts, summaries, action items and decisions are kept until you delete them. A file attached in Kojo chat can be up to 20 MB on paid plans and 1 MB on Free.
On the Team plan, the 2,000 monthly credits are a single shared pool, not split per seat. Every member draws from the same pool when working in the team workspace, so one member's usage reduces the balance for everyone. Your personal credits stay separate: if you are on a personal plan and also part of a team, personal-space work uses your own credits while team workspace work uses the shared pool. Owners and admins (or members granted billing access) can top up the pool.
Toggle Yearly on the Pricing page to save 15 percent. Business is custom-priced; use Contact Sales.
Free trials
Pro trial: if you're on the Free or Lite plan (or have no plan yet), haven't already used a free trial, and aren't already paying or trialing something else, the Pro card on the Pricing page or the Plans & Billing page shows Start Free Trial instead of Upgrade. It's a 30-day free trial of Pro; after it ends you're automatically moved to the paid Pro plan unless you cancel first.
Team trial: for a limited time, eligible users can start a 2-month free trial of the Team plan the same way, from the Team card. Eligibility is tracked separately from the Pro trial, so having used one doesn't block the other. Inside a team workspace, only the owner or an admin can start the trial for the org. After 2 months, the workspace automatically moves to the paid Team plan unless it's cancelled first.
Both trials require a small refundable card-verification charge, and a card or device that's already claimed one of these trials can't claim the same one again.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel anytime from Settings > Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and partial periods are not refunded. Top-up credits are a one-time purchase and are eligible for a refund only if unused and requested within 7 days of purchase. See the Refund Policy for the full terms, including exceptions like duplicate charges or service outages.
To ask for a refund, use Request a refund on the Billing & Usage page (/dashboard/usage, Billing tab). This only submits a request for review, it does not charge or refund anything automatically. Track its status (under review, refunded, or not approved with a note) on the same page.
The same Billing tab has a Past Invoices table listing every plan charge and credit top-up on your account, with a button to download a PDF invoice or a PDF receipt for any of them.
Your profile ring
The coloured ring around your profile avatar reflects your current plan, and looks the same in the top-right avatar on desktop and the top-left avatar on mobile:
| Plan | Ring |
|---|---|
| Free | Light gray (Tier 1, Basic) |
| Lite | Cosmic amethyst with a dashed orbit (Tier 8, Platinum VIP) |
| Pro | Obsidian to violet (Tier 9, Radiant Obsidian) |
| Team, Business, Enterprise | Fire and cyan glow (Tier 10, Mythic Immortal) |
The ring updates automatically when your plan changes; there is nothing to switch on.
