Company Overview
MemorDesk helps modern teams unlock the massive repository of knowledge buried inside their daily conversations. Launched in December 2025, MemorDesk automatically transcribes, analyzes, and extracts structured insights from meetings, transforming scattered audio into a centralized, searchable corporate memory. Its intelligent AI assistant, Kojo, seamlessly integrates with leading web-conferencing platforms and collaboration tools to turn meeting dialogue into immediate, trackable action items. Headquartered in Nigeria and built for a global, remote-first landscape, MemorDesk is engineered on a foundation of absolute data isolation, ensuring enterprise-grade security while eliminating the daily friction of manual documentation.

Product and Architecture
Advanced AI Architecture and Kojo Assistant
- Autonomous Calendar Sync: MemorDesk automatically connects to Google Calendar and Zoom, allowing the AI bot to seamlessly join, record, and transcribe Google Meet, Teams, or Zoom calls with high-accuracy speaker identification.
- The Kojo AI Assistant: A persistent, conversational AI teammate that allows users to query months of meeting history in plain English to receive context-aware, sourced answers instantly.
- Automated Action Item Tracking: Generates detailed task outlines, structured decisions, and action items directly from call text. Features an interactive workspace with Kanban boards, bulk status updates, assignee filters, and PDF exporting to enforce team accountability.
Integrations That Close the Loop
- Zero-Friction Ecosystem: Works where teams already live by eliminating copy-pasting and context switching.
- Native Workspaces: Employs Slack OAuth for direct channel alerts, Google Workspace Directory Sync for rapid organizational onboarding, and an upcoming pipeline for native Notion, ClickUp, Jira, and HubSpot integrations.
Security and Data Privacy
"Your meetings are processed, never retained by AI providers, and never used to train any model - ours or anyone else's."
The Zero-Retention Guarantee
Unlike alternative platforms on the market, MemorDesk enforces a strict zero-retained data policy for AI computation. All summaries, transcriptions, and assistant queries route through zero-retention API agreements with upstream partners (including OpenAI, Gemini, Groq, Deepgram, ElevenLabs, and Google). Data is analyzed and immediately discarded; it never enters a public or private training dataset.
Data Isolation at Every Layer
- Postgres Row-Level Security (RLS): Customer data is separated strictly at the database level rather than just the application logic. RLS policies guarantee that even in the event of an application bug, one workspace can never cross-contaminate or expose records to another.
- Cryptographic Access: Workspace and personal contexts are enforced independently, and all viewer access tokens are cryptographically signed and verified on every single web request.
- AES-256 Encryption: API keys, integrated tokens, and third-party credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM with a per-encryption random Initialization Vector (IV). Session cookies are securely HMAC-SHA256 signed.
Infrastructure Hardening
- 3-Layer Admin Access Control: The administrative plane requires passing three independent layers: a configurable, CIDR-based IP allowlist, active session authentication, and an explicit role check. Any anomaly instantly flags and blocks the coordinating IP.
- Intrusion Detection: Failed authentication patterns are safely tracked via partial password HMACs (never storing plaintext passwords), instantly exposing credential-stuffing or distributed multi-IP attacks.
- Network and Browser Protections: Enforces TLS 1.3 in-transit, strict Content Security Policies (CSP), anti-clickjacking headers (X-Frame-Options: DENY), strict origin validations for webhooks via timing-safe HMAC-SHA256 signatures, and built-in SSRF blocks against private cloud metadata IP ranges.
